What are the conditions for returning the backpack?

If the backpack is in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached and packaging intact, and the return is requested within 7 days from the date of receipt, we will accept the return. Also, please make sure the schoolbag has not been damaged by improper use.

How can I initiate the return process?

Please contact our customer service team via the email address shopify@dodopapa.hk . Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.

When will I receive my refund after returning the backpack?

Once we receive the returned children's schoolbag and verify its condition meets our return requirements, we will process the refund. It usually takes 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please note that your bank may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles to show the refund on your statement.

What if the returned backpack is lost during transit?

If you have chosen a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. If you used the return shipping label provided by us, we will assist you in dealing with the carrier to resolve the issue. In case of loss, we will not be responsible for the value of the schoolbag unless it was shipped by us with insurance.
