When will I receive my order?

  • DODOPAPA are shipped via FedEx. Orders leave DODOPAPA HQ within 3-8 business days and typically take 3-14+ business days to arrive once shipped, depending on where they're headed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

For Nugget products shipping to the contiguous United States, yes!

Accessory items shipped by partner companies may include additional shipping costs.

We ship from our factory in China to all 50 United States

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

We're happy to help with shipping address changes as long as your order hasn't shipped yet! Please fill out a contact form request using the “Shipping Address Changes” option.

Can I have a delayed or expedited ship date?

Sorry, we wish we could accommodate specific delivery dates for each customer, but due to many manufacturing and operational variables, we're not able to delay or expedite shipments.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we're not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Most of our families are not always at home to receive their packages, so we do not require a signature for delivery.If you live in an area with porch pirates, we strongly recommend calling FedEx (1-800-463-3339) once you get your tracking number, and requesting to have your package held at a local office for pick up.We are not responsible for stolen packages once FedEx has marked your package as delivered.
